How to get a price quote & order:

1. You can use the following Specification Form to choose your bass design and options:

I will reply with a price quote for your specs, the minimum required downpayment, and an estimate of the time to complete and ship your bass. (note that this is an estimated time only based on then current conditions and prompt receipt of your downpayment.)

OR, I may respond with questions / answers for any clarifications needed.

(note: depending on the complexity of your specs and/or how busy things are, this may take a few days. If you've not heard from me in a week, chances are good you did NOT enter a valid email address correctly! Be sure to double check it!)

or alternatively,

Confirm the price and specifications by emailing me at order@DPCustom.com with a description of what you want and your address. **PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SUPPLY ME WITH A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO REPLY TO! **  I will confirm the price with all special requests and options.  If you haven't heard from me in a week, chances are you entered an invalid email address!!

2. Then, to place an order and get a spot in the build queue , mail a cashier's check or money order ( U.S. Post Office Money Orders are OK too) for the required minimum downpayment (or more), to:

Be sure to include a note as to who you are, your mailing address, and what you are ordering with all options. A copy of a previous email where these were listed and quoted is good to include.

Be sure to make the cashier's check or money order payable to "Dave Pushic". Failure to do so will result in your payment being returned and a delay in placing your order.

OR

you can pay via the PayPal service at www.paypal.com . Just use my email address order@DPCustom.com to identify me as the recipient. However, because of their fees, any payments made via PayPal must be increased by 3% ( +4% for international orders) .

Orders are entered as of the date the downpayment is received. All payments are acknowledged by email when received. If you need a hard copy paper receipt mailed for accounting purposes, just let me know.

3. The remaining balance, including shipping cost, must be promptly paid in full when your guitar or bass is completed, before it will be shipped. Please plan accordingly!

4. I will limit the number of orders I take per month to ensure the build time doesn't get too long. If I suspend accepting orders for this reason, I will inform you and ask if you want to be entered into an order waiting list. When your turn comes up you will have 2 weeks to send your downpayment or you will be removed from the wait list.
